Who is actually responsible when the lighting does not work?
On most projects, two firms: one pulls the wire and one programs the systems, and a fault can fall between them. At CITE, one team does both, so one team answers for it.

Design
We draw the lighting and load plan with the architect and the interior designer, and agree keypad positions, engraving and shade detailing before anything is built.
Pre-wire
We wire the building before the walls close. Every device gets a documented path back to the panel, with low voltage mounting brackets and fixture housings set to the lighting plan.
Install and commission
The equipment rack is built, labeled and wired in our workshop before it goes on site. Levels, scenes and schedules are set in the finished room, with the furniture in.
Handover and support
As-built drawings, device schedules and credentials are handed over with the house. A care plan keeps it working, with monitoring and priority scheduling.
