Most of what we are asked for here goes into a finished house rather than an open wall. In a finished house the existing walls decide what can be run where, so we survey before we price.

We want the lighting and the shades done without taking the house apart.
In a finished house the cable routes decide the job. We survey the existing wiring first, run cable through the walls where they allow, and upgrade the panel or run a new feed where they do not. Where a wall cannot be opened, we choose a system that works with the routes available, and phase the work so the house stays livable.
