Yes. We come in at the drawing stage, mark up the lighting and load plan, and coordinate the rough-in with the other trades, for both the electrical work and the systems.

Four tiers. Bronze is included for the first year with every system. Every tier covers seasonal startups and shutdowns, twice-yearly maintenance visits and technical support. Silver, Gold and Diamond add after hours support, service hours, faster scheduling and equipment restarts from the client app. Gold and Diamond add remote equipment restarts by CITE, and Diamond adds network health monitoring.

No. Service hours do not roll over and must be used within the plan year. Parts, materials and programming changes are billed separately, and after hours service is billed at double time.

We do not publish prices. The price depends on the size of the building, the rooms in scope and the systems you choose. Tell us those and we price the job in writing.

Yes. CITE Electric designs and installs fire alarm and life safety systems under its unlimited Florida electrical contractor license, held by a master electrician. The work is permitted and inspected by the local fire authority.
