Licensing and credentials.

An unlimited electrical contractor license held by a master electrician, plus insurance, bonding and a permit history any builder can check before they hand you a job.

A set of as built drawings and a panel schedule laid out on a bench with a clamp meter beside them

The problem

An unlimited license covers work a limited license cannot.

A builder carries the risk of whoever they put on the job, so the license, the insurance and the permit history are the first things to check. This page lists ours. CITE Electric is a separate company under an unlimited electrical contractor license, held by a master electrician, and CITE Solutions is the integration company under the same ownership.

License, master electrician, insurance and bonding.

Unlimited electrical license

CITE Electric operates under an unlimited electrical contractor license, which allows one team to run both the line voltage wiring and the low voltage systems on the same job. License numbers are listed on every proposal and available on request.

Verifiable before you hand over a job.

Master electrician on staff

The license is held by a master electrician on staff rather than rented from a qualifier who never comes to site.

The license holder works on our jobs.

Insurance and bonding

Insurance and bonding in place, with certificates issued to the GC on request. Coverage limits are listed on every proposal and available on request.

Bonding details available on request.

Common questions

No. They are two companies under the same ownership, each with its own license. CITE Solutions does the integration work and CITE Electric holds the unlimited electrical license. You get one team and one schedule, and each company answers for its own license.
