Both towns are inside our Collier and Lee county service area. Most projects here are new builds that start on a drawing, so the electrical and the low voltage can be drawn together from the start.
What we hear
The wiring is priced before the systems are chosen.
On a new build the panel schedule is drawn long before anyone knows where the keypads go, so the systems arrive after the walls close and trim-out becomes a run of change orders. We draw the load calculation against the real fixture and device list, set the low voltage brackets at rough-in, and give every device a documented path back to the panel.

We do not publish a project list by area. Most of our work is under a privacy agreement that keeps it off a website. Ask to see something comparable and we will arrange it directly.
