There are several Crestron dealers in the Naples area, and CITE Solutions is one of three that also holds an electrical license and has electricians on staff, through CITE Electric under the same ownership. We design, install and program Crestron control and Crestron lighting for homes across Collier and Lee counties.
We do. The people who draw the scope write the programming and commission the house, so when the way you use a room changes there is one number to call. On larger or more unusual scopes we bring in a custom programmer to write the program, and we stay the single point of contact for it.
No. CITE Electric is an unlimited electrical contractor under the same ownership, so the circuits, the panel and the devices they feed are ours, and so is the programming. There is no handover between two firms and no argument about whose side a fault sits on.
A Bronze care plan comes with the system, covering seasonal startups and shutdowns, twice-yearly maintenance visits and technical support. Silver, Gold and Diamond add after hours support, more service hours, faster scheduling and network health monitoring.
