Scope and price in one document
You get the rooms, the systems and the devices in one document, with the number against them.
What you receive.
Home / Resources / What it costs
We do not publish a price list. What we can tell you is what drives the number, what a scope contains, and how you get a fixed, written price.
The question we get
Can you give me a rough figure over the phone?
Not one that would be any use. The number depends on the size of the building, how many rooms get which systems, which lighting platform suits the house, and whether the walls are still open. Tell us those, and you get a written scope and a price rather than a ballpark.

The lighting and load plan comes first, so the panel schedule is drawn against the real fixture and device list rather than a rule of thumb. Fewer surprises at trim-out.
Why the number holds.
A Bronze care plan is included with every system. Silver, Gold and Diamond are annual plans, quoted on their own.
After handover.
Property, rooms, systems, stage and timeline. Enough to know whether it is one room or a whole building.
A site visit or a call over the plans, with the architect or the builder if they are appointed.

Room by room, system by system.
The scope is the reference for the work, and for anything added to it later.
